not sure why you want to bypass it , this gismo moves damper under dash to allow wether you get cold or hot air out of vents depending on what you select on dash control (hi /low vents) if theres a problem with it most times it comes from ac condensate collection pan drain clogging up and water spills over into duct work rusting the damper shafts making it impossible for damper movers to move them , producing a fault or hot or freezing cold air all the time , sorry no easy fix for this but removing underdash ductwork and cleaning / replacing them lots of hours upside down with your feet on seats and head under dash , just kidding ...... most times we just take front seats out that makes plenty of room

use a test light to check for power on battery cable at starter and then power to smaller wire while someone holding in key in crank position. If you have power to both your new starter needs to be warrantied/replaced

-Sounds like power line to the blower motor is burn or shock.
But Check fuse and relay first. If all are good then check power line to the blower motor.

Good Luck

disconnect the battery and clean and restore all connections.

try to run the car as if there was never a problem. continue and operate all the accessories. if its driveable take a short trip and evaluate

if it seems ok, take it on the freeway and put it through a complete drive cycle.
if it acts up, get a scan tool and see what codes are in it.
then continue diagnosis.
get a manual or google the codes.
or, pull into a shop that is an emission control repair authorized facility.
ask a technician to drive with you to experience the problem(s)
he/she can pull the codes and make recommendations.
those shops specialize in correcting that system in the most cost effective manner. by law, they tell you only what it needs, and keep their certifications up to date. not every shop is under the state guidelines for emission repair. you can get a list of shops at the testing station, or on the computer. each state has numbers to call for questions and recommendations

its difficult to make out exactly what you are experiencing from your description. i think showing someone will help you the most in the least amount of time.
I.E. replaced fuel cannister twice??? why ?
and.. air flow sensor??? is that, IAT or MAF or MAT ?? throttle body? TPS ??? and you say you had it unplugged while the engine was running?? thats a no/no
its like you have a description of blocked aircleaner, but you have been replacing ignition components.. and with A/C delco??? parts?

Fuses at side of dash near drivers door . Check all with test light , ignition on. Also you can jump the A&B terminal where you plug your tester and turn on ignition. your check eng. light should flash 1 and 12 three times then count the flashes to determine the code
