If the transmission is full of fluid, I would think you either have a fluid pressure problem or your clutches are worn out and the trans is slipping. Either way, if it is full of fluid it will need to be removed and either rebuilt or replaced.

You have a Shorting wire, you will have to dismantle the steering column to trace it. Disconnect your battery and do not drive it until you get it fixed.
