A slow radiator fan

turn everything off and turn the fan by hand and see if it turns easy, if it's stiff and hard to turn the bushing or bearing have gotten dry or are going out. try oiling or replacing fan.if it turns freely then check the voltage going to the fan when it's suppose to be running. if it's not at least 12 volts check the wiring and relay.

My 1988 buick centrey limited 2.8 v6 will die

this sounds like a fuel pressure problem and you need to use a fuel pressure gage to check the pressure and the fuel volume should be checked as well as you could have good pressure but not enough voume to run the motor.have a shop check it out so its done right.
