How to remove radio panel on 1984 Buick Riviera

The factory radios usually have 4 small holes. Two on either side of the front radio panel. There is a tool that you can get from a parts store for just a couple of bucks that you insert into the for holes at the same time.(There are two U shaped tools, one for each side) When you push them in it will release the pin holds and you can slide out the radio.

Will not start just keeps

If the battery check out as fully charged, remove the connections, clean the battery posts, reinstall the cables and retry. If the clicking continues, the chances are that the starter solenoid is not engaging. Generally, you are better off replacing the starter and the solenoid as a unit. Your starting problems should be solved.
