Hi kisha , The handle broke inside the door where you can't see it .Common problem on cars . You can get one new for $19.00 on eBay or probably some auto parts stores too. Would have to take the inside door panel off to get at it. You could go to YouTube an watch a video on how to do it !

if the horn unit has electricity going to it when applaying the and its grounded good then you might check its router thats right under the steering wheel if its good the the Horn needs to be changed.

3.1L Engine

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. Remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley
   
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly
   
4. Disconnect the positive lead at the alternator by removing the nut
   
5. Disconnect the electrical connector (PLIS) plug
   
6. Remove the bolt (#1) connecting the rear brace to the generator
   
7. LOOSEN the bolt (#7)retaining the rear brace to the exhaust manifold, (it is not necessary to remove it) move the brace aside.
   
8. Remove the remaining alternator mounting bolts and remove the alternator.
   

They make a specal tool to remove the tenson of the "c" spring.May be able to find it at one of the parts stores.
