Hello I am pulling my hair out because i cant find

You have laid out an excellent explanation of what you have checked. From this I would check into whether or not the fuel injectors are being actuated. Since you have spark and can fire it with ether then I'm wondering if injectors are being pulsed by engine control module or computer? (my experience is with foreign cars with Bosch electronic fuel injection, not familiar with Olds, but cars are cars right?)
Hope this helps, good luck!

They need to replace the manifold in my car.

Well I never like to see people put money in a car that is not worth it, but if it runs good it may very well be worth it. Be carful because a couple broken bolts can change that price pretty quick.

Can't Close Electric Window

well, park a car in front of it, use a set of jumper cables and hook them up to your wagons batter cables you'll get power to roll up that window. although, if it's taped, i would assume there's something wrong with the window motor.

Where is ac pressure switch

On GM models up to the late nineties it is located in the low pressure AC hose or on the accumulator which the low pressure line attaches to. The switch has a 2 or 3 wire connector to it and screws into a pressure port like a large tire valve..

91 Olds custom cruiser front shocks

There are 2 ways to solve your problem. One mechanic friend of mine always used his deep socket and snapped the shaft, freeing the top end of the shock. If you prefer to loosend the bolt, hold the shaft with pliers in one hand while loosening the bolt with the other. Both methods work equally as well. Best of luck.
