Radio stopped working it says LOC
You need to enter the security code into the radio. You can look in the owners manual for instructions. hopefully somebody wrote the code in there. You may have to take it to a dealer. Only take 15 minutes at most. Once you get it unlocked you can turn off the security feature so it doesn't happen again.
While driving, the engine dies.
I had the same thing happen on a 91 Olds 88. Replaced crank shaft position sensor, coil, and ignition module. That solved the problem. I think the culprit was the CSP Sensor, but changed all three so can't say for sure.
No spark?

You are going to have to remove the radio from the dash and then take the top cover off the radio chassis to gain access to the tape stuck inside.
Here is the radio removal procedure:
You need to remove the plastic part of the dashboard that covers it. To do that remove the two small bolts at the very bottom (there just to the sides of the ashtray drawer and down a couple inches further), then pull the wooden looking trim (at the top of the panel) loose that runs all the way across the front of the car, it just clips in so pry it loose, just be careful not to break it. The top of the panel just clips in too, but it's not near as tight as the trim, so pull out at the bottom of the panel and it should come right off. Once that's off the stereo is held in by 3 screws. Take those out pull the stereo forward, disconnect the 32 pin connector and the antenna, and it's removed
Car won't start. The battery is connected
Sometimes the starter sylinoid goes out. If its a clicking noise its the battery. If nothing try the starter. Sometimes you can tap the starter with a hammer and its good if that is not it test the starter. Start here before you go to anything else. Its the starter most likely.
