Do I need to change the gearbox oil? if so after
Every 50,000 miles is a good bench mark. Mercedes recommends a specific oil for your transmission.
I suggest you visit you local dealer and either have them do the job, or supply you with the oil and filter to do it yourself.
You will need to measure how much fluid is removed to refill. The torque convertor needs drained to and needs a ( #40 ?. ) Torx to undo the drain plug.
Total dry fill is 8.5 Quarts US. You will be able to drain around 7 Quarts if you drain the torque converter or about 3 Quarts if you only drain the pan.
I usually recommend 30,000 to 40 ,000 mile intervals if the vehicle is frequently city driven or a grocery getter. If it is a mostly highway driven vehicle, then 50,000 miles. .

I have anti-freeze going into the oil is that bad
only one cause for this problem and this one you will not like ,its the head gasket as they do deteriorate with age unless they are copper and no cars made since the 50s have a copper head gasket as far as i know

I do not know how
There are three solutions to this problem. 1. Remove the fibreglass backing completely. Remove all screws, etc., and carefully remove through the left hand passenger side door (on RH drive cars) and visa versa. Buy a used backing from breakers. Instal. 2. With backing out of car, remove all traces of foam padding from lining and backing. This has to be done properly or the next step won't work. Buy +- 3m of padded material from upholstery suppliers and +- 1L of contact adhesive. Apply contact adhesive to both sides of material, wait for it to become tacky and stick down. Let stand for about 6hours. Now cut apertures for mirror and grab handles, etc., and instal. 3. With backing out of car, slowly peel off lining without tearing, remove all traces of foam padding. Apply contact adhesive to both cleaned lining and backing as evenly as possible. Remove the metal frames by bending the lips back. Wait about 30 minutes and, with backing in a VERTICAL position, starting with the mirror aperture at the top, slowly contact the lining to the backing. You might want to get assistance here. Work your way down slowly. Don't worry too much if there are minor creases. With a mild hairdrier they can be removed after about 24hours. Obviously you want as few creases as possible. Try to line up the apertures as close as possible. Instal the metal frames. Your lining can now be re-installed. It won't be as soft as the original but it won't sag!

That model of car should have fold down seats in the rear I believe its a 60/40 split seat. Locate the handle to release the seat, and once done if you have room there should be a cord, or pull handle in the trunk to pop it open. Most cars have these now so if someone throws you in the trunk you can escape. The other option is to run some jumper cables to the battery through the back seat and hit your button on the console to pop the trunk, and just disconnect them after you pop it and go about your mission.

Hard starting each morning and
check the spark plugs first and make sure they are set to 25th as this will cause hard cold starting if the gap is too wide

If the sensors are correctly fitted they should turn off themselves without any resetting.
Make sure they are making good contact where the two plugs meet, sometimes a bit of penetrating oil does the trick, and also make sure that the wires are not damaged.

The heater blower motor is located outside under the front scuttle panel, the plastic are where the wipers bolt on. You should extend the bonnet to its horizontal position, remove the wiper arms, then carefully remove the rubber seal and plastic scuttle panel trim. Some edges are sharp so be careful. Be careful not to loose any clips or rubber seals. You will see the blower motor now. Make sure the ignition is off and you have the key as someone could accidentally operate the wipers or the heater blower, the former can take your fingers off. Anyway the resistor is under the motor, unplug it and remove. Refitting it a reversal of the above. If you ever have to remove the wiper motor arm from its spindle ensure you index mark it first !
