Hi,
Looks like your ventilation system is not functioning.
Under your dashboard is the ventilation housing, flaps that directs air from one point to another are stuck up or the one that controls it(mostly vacuums hoses and solenoid) is not working anymore.
The work to be done is to pull out the whole dashboard to gain access in that area.
I suggest you should bring that to your dealer or garage shop to fix that problem.
Hope that helps you!
Thanks for asking Fixya!

Hello
Since this is an emergency situation, you can poor a little (capful) gas down the carb to help it fire. The plugs however might already be covered with fuel which will make it hard to start. You are going to have to burn that off some how.
A can of starting fluid (ether) will help too.
But ... this is going to be tough, and there is no simple way without ripping the car apart.
If this was me, I would poor some gas down the carb... try to start the car... wait 10 mins and repeat. Ether might make things happen faster...
I wish you the best of luck here

If you have one cold hose and one hot hose the heater core is very likely plugged up and ready for replacement. There is an old mechanics trick I have seen work for a while. If the hoses are the same size switch them and the obstruction sometimes comes loose allowing the heat to work. Check your coolant level before you do anything.
