How do i plug the plug to my engine light in
Most automotive stores have the correct pigtail that just plugs right in under the dash. This pigtail is attatched to the scanner. They'll be happy to show you, but they dont plug these in themselves anymore because people complained the store messed up their vehicle. Good luck.
Intermittent starting problems with 2005 Chevy Colorado pickup...
I've had this problem for about a year now. When this happens, turn key to acc position and leave it for 10 minutes until the pass-lock light either stops blinking or goes out. Then turn off key and restart your truck. I have seen somewhere that if you do this 3 times consecutively, it will re-program the "brain" but I have not tried this yet. Good luck!
Passive lock

Your main key resistor dot (BLACK DOT ON KEY) is worn out or missing.
