Installer probably disconnected or dislodged a wire during the installation. Take it back to the installer.

Question edited for clarity. Full year make model in title and mis-spelling of 'misfire'. Question moved to sub category. The misfire code only tell you that, unfortunately it doesn't tell you why. When swapping parts to test theories, only swap one thing, one cylinder to one cylinder and only one item, the coil, the plug or the wires, not all three. What was the make of the Crankshaft Sensor? Only buy quality OEM replacements as there is a history of bad ones from Mexico and China. Wouldn't hurt to check the wires again. have you checked the ignition module? my tahoe with the 5.3 had the same issue a little while back.

check fuses -relays are you getting power to switches /motors check and test power feed

Check engine light on ? Code's ? Scan data from a scan tool , MAF - mass air flow sensor , map , fuel trims , O2 sensor etc....

Very likely that the 3-4 clutch pack piston seal has blown out. Will need to be taken apart and repaired before too much damage occurs. Drive it in manual 2 to get where you are going. Do NOT put it in 3 or OD and do not let it try to go into 3rd again until it is rebuilt. Sorry for the bad news. This is a common problem.

That is a REAL SHAME... because the MOST LIKELY source of all your troubles is the 17 year old seal on the front of that compressor... Now opening the system... you have let in atmosphere... Replace the fuel filter, check fuel pressure and flow.

Switch or Motor may be bad .

You will need a multimeter to test the tps--do you have one? Normally, a bad tps will set the engine light--is it on? if yes to both of these questions, have the computer scanned at your local parts store and post the trouble codes here. Also reply with engine size if you want a test procedure.

Your pump is controlled by the pcm using a 12 volt signal to the relay. Pull out the relay and probe the relay socket with a voltmeter. There should be 2 terminals with 12 volts when the key is on. With the key off, there should be one 12 volt terminal coming from the ecm b fuse. See top left of diagram below.
