Yes. The cover for the pump is at the back of the top of the trunk floor. Remove the screws to access the pump opening.

1st thing is test the wire to the wiper motor on the harness with the ignition on and wipers turned on. If you have power to the motor you need a motor, which would be my guess to begin with. Good luck

I believe on your car the wiper delay board in mounted on the motor

check for worn tie rod end ( ball joints) check for worn front suspension points. check wheel bearing condition and adjustment. Have a wheel alignment done to correct castor angle setting.

I would check for bad connections or the module that control the mirrors. Does your owners manual list a separate fuse for the mirrors?
