I am trying to intercede

Do you know what the year make and model is on this trying to determine which cylinder is in the vehicle? Best option would be to have a key cut by the dealer but if that is not an option there are a few ways around it but not really advisable.

How do I change the

As an ex dealer tech we use to hate that design. All of us ended up purchasing a stud removal tool that would take it out without any thread damage and it made into a fairly easy job.In your case after you have loosened up everything you can pull it out enough to get behind the bracket with some vice grips and get out that way,and where your gripping the stud it does not mater if you damage the threads some. I know this is not a lot of help I wish I could redesign it or loan you my stud extractor. Don't forget your floor jack and block under the oil pan to raise the engine to help get out the mount!!!

My panel is flickering. some

Sounds like either a short in the wires somewhere, or a bad ground wire that is wiggling and sometimes making contact, sometimes not. If you're mechanically inclined, pull the panel and follow the wires behind it. Make sure none of the insulation has cracked off and is grounding positive wires to metal. Also check the ground wire(s) to make sure they are securely grounded and not loose where they mount.

How do u change the supercharger oil?

To change the oil on the supercharger that Buick Riviera is equipped with first remove the plastic cover directly over the supercharger. Next, stand on the passenger side of the vehicle and face the engine. You will be looking at the front of the supercharger. The oil fill port is located on the front portion of the supercharger along the right hand side as viewed from your position. It is a large hex plug. This is both the drain port and fill port. There are several ways to drain the oil. My personal favorite is a piece of rubber tubing and a large syringe. I have found this to be the quickest way. Once you have drained it use a funnel small enough to fit the fill port and take your time filling it. Fill it to just below the threads at the bottom of the oil port. Be careful not to overfill it. After you have replaced the oil plug I like to disconnect the coil wire. This allows the engine to turn over but not start up. It helps to circulate the new oil through out the supercharger that were drained dry. This is not required however. It is my own personal preference. From this point it's ready to go.

95 Buick Riviera will shift into reverse but not

Worn bushings or linkage may be the issue due to age. There are many wear points. Can you do it without car running? If so it may be a transmission issue.

Transmission will shift fine first through third

When my car did the exact same thing a few years ago and I researched this problem myself. After a lot of reading, I removed the overdrive clutch assy & replaced the "O" ring and put it back in & had my 4th & OD again. The Clutch assy was located at the tail end of the trans & I only had to remove the wheel on that side & trans, 1 plastic cover, and the end cover to gain access, 1 spring clip & it was out. I did have to use some creative C-clamp work to compress & release the clutches to get the seal in but persistance paid off.

Hope this helps. good luck

How to replace ECM in 1995 Buick Riviera. Do I

Yes, disconnect the battery first, Then be sure you do not have a staitc charge on your clothing when removing and installing the new ECM. A static shock that jumps from you to the unit will cause it to burn out.
Hope this helps.
