Tranmission
try changes the filter for the trany and put new trany oil in there! Look at the fluid when it comes out ans see if you see metal or if the old fluid looks like it has metal shavings in it!! You might have burnt the bands up in the trany
Turn over but want start
if the engine wont turn over take to air intake hose off at the throttle control valve and while holding the valve open spray something that contains ether, i use brake cleaner or carb/choke cleaner (both avaliable at any auto parts store) if this does not fix the problem then you should check the amperage of the battery. it should be between 14 and 16 amps. also check the the fuel injectors are clean. a dirty fuel injector can severly drop the preformance of an FI engine. hope it works
Stalling
Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.
Dash lights started dimming then
Please do not mistake this as an insult but I must ask... Check dash dimmer switch settings (on headlamp switch) if set is ok. Next would probably be a bad ground wire to instrument cluster and radio lamp circut

more specifics on your buick? year model engine. Have you looked on the radiator support for the sticker?
My right rear brake GRABS
Hate to tell you but if one brake grabbs there is a serious problem that needs to be looked at by a tech.
Possibilities...
No/Worn pad (steel on steel application of brake)
Rotor unevenly worn
Caliper sticking
Opposite side tire caliper leaking (Fluid on rotor/pads)
This is not something to be diagnossed online but with trained eyes. YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE. If you are worried about price, think of it like this Mechanics are like Doctors. We urge you to get a second opinion. Shop around and find someone you like.
Removal of pitman arm from
Special tool needed.... Looks like a large heavy u-shaped steel bracket with a screw in center. You must remove nut from pit arm bolt, install tool and turn big center screw to apply pressure to yoke on gear box. The hooks will lock onto the arm and pressure against the yoke will remove the arm.
Check engine light is on
Depending on year model, could simply be an emissions control issue. Suggest plug in scan tool and investigate (especially if your community is one of the growing emissions control inspection areas)
Leaking anti-freeze from under the
More info needed. Is the leak coming from around the pass side of engine, drivers side of engine, radiator area or firewall area. A specific quadrant of the engine compartment would help narrow it down some. if it is leaking from the engine itself, there may be some expense in repairs (water pump possibility here.) Hoses usually are not that hard or difficult to replace. Radiators get real expensive real quick. Please update Engine compartment Quadrant if possible
RIGHT REAR DISC BRAKES VIBRARATE
Three possibilities
1 Disk to thin/worn unevenly causing harmonics problem in disk resulting in vibration.
Replace Disk
2 Wheel hub slightly loose immitating disk vibration problem
Tighten/replace faulty hub
3 Slide pins for caliper siezed with rust causing uneven grip application/loss between pads and rotor.
Clean and Lubricate
AC Compressor
There is a PRESSURE sensor that monitors that amount of pressure in the
A/C system and if the pressure gets to LOW the sensor will NOT let the
compressor engage.
