Antifreeze pipe burst & ANTIFREEZE IS ALL OVER THE ENGINE
you may have antifreeze in your electrics, in some cases it can turn acidic. and cause electrical faults, if you have a leak and it goes everywhere you need to flush the hole area with water to clean it off, it can even remove paint is some cases depending on the type you have put in the water system. all your wiring will need to be check and cleaned, remove battery when doing this. as you dont want to short out the battery with water.

Window washing fluid pump isn't working. Hums and runs, but no fluid comes out. Any ideas?
1. the washer fluid jets are plugged possibly and will not allow fluid to discharge. Take a small wire or needle and stick into the jet end where the fluid comes out and it should spray after that if that is the issue.2. the lines coming from the washer pump could be broken or cut open. Remove the line at the back of the spray jet either at the hood or at the wiper arm, then attempt to spray the wiper fluid. If it does not spray then there is an open/broken line coming from the washer pump or the pump may have a problem. If fluid is coming out of the line, the jet again is plugged up. Also check to see that fluid is going into the washer pump (locating the pump and getting to it is sometimes not so easy depending on where the mfg put the pump).

Check a few things, check your spark plugs, spark plug wires, also check your fuel filter, fuel pump, but the first thing that you should check is the ground wire from your battery to the engine block

1986 century car starts and when turn the wheel shuts off
What the others suggest my be valid. But if you have low idle speed there is a kickup sensor integrated with the power steering that is suppose to increase idle speeds for low speed maneuvers to decrease steering effort. If the idle speed does not kick up, then it would be possible to stall the egine. This of course would not matter at higher speeds.
