Stoopid car wont idle
In a sense both of these parts are on in the same. This has been a very common problem with GM vehicles. The part that you need is called an Idle Air Control Motor, or IAC for short. This is an easy repair and will only take about 20 min. The IAC is located on the throttle body. and is a round cylintrical motor that is about 3-4 inches long, and has a 2 wire harness coming off of it. You should be able to pick one up at a local part house for about 50-70 dollars., here is a picture of what the valve looks like, and the Car Quest part # is 76033

How to access the heater core from inside a 1995 oldsmobile achieva
Hi Garcia, I'm glad to help!
Garcia, if you plan to replace the HEATER CORE yourself then I must tell you that you will have to remove the complete dash out of the vehicle. Then remove the A/C Housing from the vehicle and take it apart to replace the heater core. I'm not sure what area you live but if your near Saint Peters Missouri give ma a call at 314-374-5218 and I'll help. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Garcia.
Dead short
A electrical dead shot is when an electrical circuit has zero resistance; this happens when an electrical feed comes into contact with metal objects such as a metal outbox, the ground, or a neutral wire. A common sign of a dead shot is a tripped breaker.Read more from:

How to remove fuel pump
it is in the fuel tank-remove the rear bench seat cushion, there is a metal plate that covers the fuel pump, this access plate gives you enough room to not have to drop the tank/exhaust or other things to remove the fuel pump. Once you get the cover off, you remove a large ring that holds the pump and sender unit in the tank, and carefully disconnect the fuel lines and harnesses to get the old pump out. Not a hard job, just be aware you are working with an open gas tank-I recommend you try to run it down as low as possilble (if you can, if the car is not running that is)-just be careful, if you do this yourself, you will save a lot of money.
