Bad starter? You shouldn't have to hit the starter for it to work, if there isn't anything wrong with it. Sounds like you've replaced everything except the problem.

have a battery load tested battery should be 12.5-13.5 volts at rest and no lower than 11 volts while cranking next have an auto electrician to a charging system check check that the drive belt is in good condition and tensioned properly

Pull the battery take it to any of the chain auto parts stores and have it tested, I bet the battery is no good.

There is a Relay in the Box under the Hood for the Same thing. Change this Relay and they Should Work. Is the fuse good? Hope this Helps

Instead of guessing as to what the problem is or expecting someone on here having a magical fix , take it to a qualified repair shop. Before assuming the worst an wanting to condem the PCM - powertrain control module . Will a scan tool communicate with it ? If your pulling codes it is . DTC P0603 Control Module Long Term Memory Reset The PCM has a memory area where it stores certain data it needs to save when the key is turned OFF. This area is called Keep Alive Memory. This diagnostic test monitors the PCM's keep alive memory for a loss or unintended change of data. If such a condition occurs, DTC P0603 will set. Diagnostic Aids If the battery has been disconnected for any reason DTC P0603 will set. The PCM keeps a running check on the memory; if memory changes it resets. for the beginner , nothing is more important that a good workshop manual that book has pictures , diagrams , wire color codes, tensions , procedures, triouble shooting get one from any auto parts shops , technical publication book shops , manufacturer spares departments ,e-bay etc

Check the relay. You can temporarily disable the headlights by pulling the fuse and the relay .

Everything is located under the rear seat bottom cushion.

a serious vacuum leak or iac,or some other sensor, hook up a scanner, do not replace parts before you know what is wrong

It sounds like a bad connection that's not connecting anymore is the fuse panel by the drivers door? If it is it's most likely in the fuse panel you could check the multi switch witch is the switch that controls your head lights on & and off your directional's your high beam/low beam I dout it's that it's in the fuse box good luck

Fuel pump relay is under the rear seat on the passenger side.
