I get good fuel pressure, but my car cuts out alot, i have to warm it up for 5 minutes.

did you do an oil change? maybe that will fix your problem, some times a broken or kink vacuum line, or leaking gas line. did you do a tune up to your car?

My 95 olds cutlass ciera will start up and run for

Check spark at spark plug using a spark tester and fuel pressure at the rail when it acts up. If the pressure is ok at the rail, but the injectors aren't firing, that can point to a bad computer. If the fuel pressure is present but the spark is not being supplied to spark plug wires to spark plugs, then an ignition module might be in need of replacement (the metal plate the coil packs sit on). If the engine has a service engine soon light before it dies, maybe check the codes that should be stored in the computer using an OBD-I scanner.

What to do when starter starts clicking

If the battery is good and fully charged then it may be time to replace the starter.
At times it does not pay to just replace the solenoid and not the starter motor. Its more work and you're putting a new part on a worn part.

But you may want to have the battery tested. Fully charged is 12.6. Also need to check the cranking amps with a load tester. A weak batter can kill a starter.

Has constant miss while running then shuts down

Your problem is probably caused by a bad intake manifold gasket. It is a common problem with your engine.http://www.ehow.com/how_6925577_replace-intake-manifold-1996-oldsmoblie.html

I have a 95 oldsmobile cutless ceira the radio

HiPlease look near to the positive side of the battery terminal and carefully look for a fusible link. It is a safety link for short protection and it is possible that there was a short at some time which could have resulted in the link which fuses on higher current to OPEN. If there is no voltage to the fuses then this is confirmed. Other wise there are issues in th wiring harness, If you can use a multimeter check for +12 at the fuses, if absent this must be traced. Use of a 12 volt park lamp bulb will assist to check if there is +12 at the points to be tested.

How to seat fuel injecters

Assuming the injectors are already installed in the fuel rail, put a little fuel on the injector seals, position the injector rail in front of the holes in the head.Start from one end of the rail and work the first injector into its hole a little bit, but not all the way. then do the same for the second and third. Work them in a little at a time so the injectors dont come loose from the fuel rail. Once you get all injectors completely into the holes, rotate each of them back and forth until the injector turns smoothly when you rotate it. Once an injector rotates smoothly its seated correctly. But only rotate them a small amount back and forth. If the injectors are removed from the fuel rail, do it the same way. Just install them in the fuel rail first, then install the rail/injectors into the cylinder head.

Some times water comes out

Next time you see some water under the car, look to see exactly where it dripped. If the water dripped out right near the firewall, it may be just the drain from the ac evaporator core.

So were you running the ac when you saw the water?

So next time you see the water, put your finger in it and smell of the water. Is it clean water, or is it water with antifreeze? You will be able to tell if its antifreeze or if its just evaporator core drainage.

Brake lights stay on after

The brake lights have power with the key off, so you have just one thing that is causing this, a defective brake light switch. The brake light switch is located at the top of the arm the brake pedal is attached to under the dash, you will need to remove the lower panel under the dash to see it. The part is cheap and requires little skill to replace. Below is a picture of the part.

Transmission wont engage

Hello, it sound like my ******, it will not engage either. When is the last time you have automatic transmission fluid changed? Check it, and if smells like something has been burning. The biggest killer of automatic transmission is heat. Auto manufactures don't give these auto/trucks enough fluid reserve and adequate fluid cooling, especially if the auto/truck is in hot weather condition and the vehicle is pulling a load.

It also sound like the torque converter is out. This will probably mean rebuild transmission with new torque converter or have your Oldsmobile Ciera rebuilt with a new torque converter. GB...stewison
