Runs rough at lower speeds. Runs just fine at 70
This sounds like a plugged injector. At low speeds it will dribble gas, rather than a fine spray. Try using a bottle of concentrated fuel injector cleaner in each tank of gas for at least 2 tanks. If it doesn't improve after the first one have a shop hook it up because this can cause wash down of the cylinder walls and dilute your engine oil with gas, damaging the motor.

Hello: Sounds like the serpentine belt broke, you need to find out what broke the belt, check all pulleys on the belt system and see if you can turn them by hand. You will not beable to turn the big crankshaft pulley.

There is an intake and exhaust manifold on these cars. Which one do you mean?

HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE ASSEMBLY ON THE OLDS 95 SO I
Step 1:
Be sure the ignition key is not in the ignition, and the headlight switch is in the "Off" position.
Step 2:
Locate and remove the two headlight assembly screws on the top rail of
the headlight assembly. Use the nut driver to remove them.
Step 3:
Place a rag between the headlight
assembly and the bumper to protect the paint.
Step 4:
Wrangle the assembly outward. There is a guide pin behind the assembly
on the fender side that holds it in place. This needs to be popped out
of its socket in order to remove the headlight assembly. Pull slightly
outward from the side, then forward and away from the car.
Step 5:
Locate the correct bulb socket (high-beam/low-beam). Disconnect the wire connector using the flathead screwdriver.
Step 6:
Turn the socket 1/4-turn counterclockwise to remove the socket from the headlight assembly. Remove the old bulb.
Step 7:
Insert the new bulb into the headlight assembly, and turn clockwise to
lock into place. Be careful not to touch the glass bulb of the new
socket. This could degrade headlight performance.
Step 8:
Reconnect the wire connector to the bulb. Test the light before
replacing the headlight assembly, then turn off the lights again.
Step 9:
Reinsert the headlight assembly, making sure to align the guide pin
into the socket. Replace the screws and tighten.

Hi and welcome to FixYa!
Where does it leak? On the rack and pinion or on the power steering tank? If it's from the tank then it's just gonna be a hose problem will surely need replacement. If it's underneath the rack and pinion then the oil seals are surely worn out. This will need to be pulled out to gain access to the rack and pinion oil seals. Once they are replaced it will surely stop the leak.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
1996 aurora shuts off while driving w/o notice
You need to get more information, but one possibility is that the fuel pump stops pumping. THis would result in a stall, but you dash lights would still be on. If, when this occurs, the dash lights go out, then we need to look in the area of the ignition circuits - ignition switch, etc.
Poor fuel mileage; sluggish possible
Could be a lot of things, but if you have not replaced the air intake plenum gasket, this could be causing some of the issue. Spraying corborator cleaner around the gasket with the engine running should cause the engine to smooth out for a short period of time - just a diagnostic.
Heater stopped working this morning
there should be a fuse located on fuse panel for heater motor( 30 A Green)....after you check fuse other possibilities are bad fan motor...bad heater resistor block.....bad relay...the resistor blocks are very common problems
