1994 bravada with digital dash fuel gauge not working

Drop the column. On top of the column at approximately 12 o'clock there are two plugs - 1 blk, 1 wht. blk one has 2 wires, 1 red, 1 orange - red is hot from ignition, orange is constant power. make sure the orange is in socket tight and wire is not broken. getting it in tight should fix your problem.

94 olds hard starts when warm, starts when cold and runs rich

If you can get a fuel pressure gauge, check and see if the pressure is 16 to 24 lbs after the engine has warmed up.
I would connect the pressure gauge when the engine is cold, make sure it does not leak or touch anything hot, place the gauge between the hood and the windshield and drive the vehicle until it is at the temperature you feel it "starts hard". Shut the engine off and try to repeat the no start or hard start and make sure the pressure is correct.
Also, when you shut the engine off, watch the pressure and make sure it holds and does not drop to (0 LBS) of pressure.
One last question, has the fuel filter been changed in the past 30K.
Let me know.

Headlights not working on 94 bravada

Check the fuses for a blow out. If the fuses are good check the wire connection from the switch. Also check to see if the lights have a common ground in the engine compartment that may be shorted out.

Cant find fuse for headlights on 94 bravada

The 94 Bravada did not use a conventional fuse, instead uses a "fusible link" that comes directly from the starter post and supplied battery voltage to the headlight switch.
The fuse link looks like an ordinary wire with usually a short " white plastic sleeve" that appears to be part of the wire.
The blown fuse link will pull apart easily if it is blown.
Any other questions, let me know.

Headlights not working

Look in your owners manual for the fuse block diagram. This will show you which fuse or fuses control these lights. Open up the fuse box and replace that fuse. Some fuses look like they are still ok but they have a hairline crack in them. Sooooooo to be sure, replace the fuse in question with a new one of the same amperage. If you need fuses, or someone to show you more about this go to any autozone store and they will sell you the fuse, show you where the fuse is located and probably even replace it for you all for the cost of the fuse.

Leaking Coolant inside passenger side, coolant fumes inside.

Hi, its definitely the heater core that is leaking at this point. replacing this core will fix this issue. In the mean time, you can shut of the flow of coolant by using the shut off valve near the core. this will prevent anymore water damage until you can get this issue repaired.

Please rate and have a great day:)

94 bravada

on the backside of the engine close to the top there is a bleeder valve in the fuel line.check your fuel pressure there.if gas comes out and sprays basically to the top of an open hood, your pressure is fine.check the spark on your number one plug.it has to be a bright blue spark.if not change your pick up coil.make sure you also purge air out of the fuel lines.any leaks in the system or air in the lines will cause it to not fire.the bravada requires an ungodly amount of fuel pressure to keep your engine going.hope this helps

Anti lock brake system

Good Day,

That's usually caused by a bad abs sensor and/or wheel bearing. The quick fix is to locate the fuse box, on that it should be on left side of the dash, only accesable with the driver's door open. Locate the fuse for ABS and remove it, ABS is now disabled, this will trip the ABS light on the dash, also keep in mind you will lock your brakes under heavy braking conditions.

Hope this helps

Where is the Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) Sensor located on a 1994 Olds Bravada. Recieve a Fault Code 23 (MAT low temp) and the engine does not want to idle?

As far as what you describe, I'd check and clean idle air system and possibly the throttle bore and throttle blade. I looked at component locations for your vehicle, didn't see mat sensor? These databases are not always correct, but, it's all I have to go by. I did see an intake air temp sensor. It's located in air duct going to throttle body.
