Automatic seat broken, How to manually adjust?

I am sorry but you cannot adjust it, there is no way to over ride the transmission that moves the seat unless you remove the motor, move the seat to where you want it and reinstall motor

When vehicle warms up it just shuts down

The engine starts in "open loop" mode with factory default settings in the ECM. When it warms up, it goes to "closed loop" operation and relies on the O2 sensors to adjust timing, fuel, etc. Check for error codes (DTCs) using an OBDI code checker, or consider replacing the O2 sensors.

1990 cutlass ciera 3.3injectors are not pulsing injectors ohm out 11.8-12 40lb of fuel pressure wiring to injectors are hot at a loss can the M.A.F.cause a no start it does start with starting fluid

MAF is probably not the problem - sounds like the engine is not getting the fuel it needs to start and either your injectors are fouled or the pressure regulator is stuck - that might cause the hot wires. The fuel pressure seems a bit low, but it should momentarily drop when trying to start the engine.

I start my engine on my 1990 oldsmobile cutlas ciera and when i give it gas it shuts off as if it gets choked up or something? Plz help

There are a range of thing that could cause this. Check the mass air flow sensor if it is dirty carefully clean it... Make sure your vacum lines are in good shape and have no leaks... Also check fuel system from pump to injectors. That did it for mine

The heater blower works but we only get a small amount of air

I would say, check the engine coolant temperature, if that's okay, check water flow trough the heater core. If the coolant temperature is to low replace the thermostat. If the water flow is to low though the heater core, it must be partly blocked, and should be replaced.

What tools do i need to change fuel filter and where is the filter located at on the car?

The only true tools you need is your hands, pliers/blade screwdriver. The fuel filter is located in the undercarriage rear adjacent to the left side of the fuel tank. It is bolted with a singular screw onto the uniframe just to the side of the rear-left wheel. The filter is equipped with quick-release connecters that require a firm grip and tug, releasing the fuel lines from the filter. You might want to use a fat blade screwdriver and/or pliers to pull back the connecters, only don't use too much force as this will crack the plastic keepers, defeating the entire job. Be patient but firm and all will work out.

1990oldslocation cutlas cierafuse diagram

A good place to start for the location of the fuse for your horn is in your owners manual. If you don't have one you can find the book for your specific car at auto zone or oriely's or any parts store. As for the fuse that keeps popping as soon as it is replaced, it could be that you have a power wire that is being grounded out somewhere causing the fuse to pop. One other problem might be the amperage on the fuse is too small. Good luck

Where if fuel pressure test port 1990 oldsmobile cutlass ciera 4 cylinder - O2 sensore read code 44

The internet is filled with all sorts of OBD1 Code 44 info to read Bad Egr Valve --letting unmetered air in Vacuum Leaks in the Exhaust Before the O2 Sensor Bad Oxygen Sensor or corroded wiring Vacuum leaks anywhere Fuel Pressure too low & more You'd have to tee into the fuel filter to use a fuel pressure gauge, if you got no shrader valve on the motor You changed a fuel pressure regulator-- in the throttle body? You won't see much with a scope on that system, if you scope the O2 Sensor, their sort of slow compared to OBD2
