Usually located on the passenger bottom of the radiator facing the engine. You should feel like a butterfly nut made of plastic. Its not going to be on the metal parts where the air flows through but on the side tanks

Replacing a water pump

The instructions below should apply for your car. There are different engines for that model but the instructions are basically the same.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the cooling system.
  3. Remove the serpentine belt. Removal of the alternator and/or bracket may help give more room for easier access.
  4. Remove water pump attaching bolts and nut, then remove pump.

To install:

  1. Clean the sealing surfaces, then place a 3/32 in. (2mm) bead of RTV sealant or equivalent on the water pump sealing surface.
  2. Coat the bolt threads with a pipe sealant GM part no. 1052080 or equivalent.
  3. Install the water pump, then tighten the bolts to 10-24 ft. lbs. (14-33 Nm).
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Fill the cooling system, then check for leaks. Start the engine and allow to come to normal operating temperature. Recheck for leaks, then top off the coolant.

Car will not start hot

Sounds like percolation. That allows a vapor lock to form in the fuel line. Check your ignition timing. Otherwise, it is probably the carb or fuel inj pump.

My 1990 cutlass ciera's horn won't blow. I can hear a clicking sound coming from the glove box buys that's it. Also my display that reads low fuel, trunk ajar, etc. does not light up, could the two be

the clicking noise you hear when trying ot honk the horn is the relay.this to me indicates that everything from the horn button out to the horn is good otherwise the relay wouldn`t click.there fore the horn itself is the problem and needs replacing.it is located at the front of the car around the side of the rad area or under the front part of the car fender on one side or the other.the other problem could be a bad fuse and should be checked with a test light.
