My engine sputters and jerks only when it is raining and defrost

Yes I just changed my ignition coil and spark plugs where the ignition coil was bad #3 and all my problems stopped. It rained today for the final test and no sputtering or stalling whatsoever.

System too lean bank 2 mazda mpv

Code 174 means the O2 sensor is telling the computer the fuel mixture on bank two is too lean and the computer can not make the injectors give enough fuel to make it rich.The problem could be the O2 sensor, or it really could be a fuel problem.Bank two is the side with cylinder number 2 on a V6 engine.

Non of elec windows are working

If you know where the central fuse box is located, check inside the removable cover; they often have the fuse locations named and shown there.
