Down both sides of the block, in the front of the engine, in the back of the engine inside the bell housing, which means that the engine or tyranny has to come out, then there are some in the cylinder heads.

Heating and cooling system problems in 2001 dodge grand caravan
There's a blower motor resistor on the blower housing that goes bad and doesn't allow the fan to work. If he says he's a mechanic but doesn't know about this or how to do the repair, I think maybe he might do more damage than good. Type in your problem into google, that's how it works, just type in a sentence and scroll through the responses and pages to find a forum where you can ask your question and get a good answer.
Repair codes: P1684 and P0135
What do these codes mean? Any help available?
P1684 means battery was disconnected in the last 50 starts. This could be true if you replaced the battery. If not then you need to check all the cables.
P0135 means an oxygen sensor needs replaced because it is having trouble reaching the correct temperature. There are heaters in them and they fail just like a lightbulb.
Front blower stops and starts
Possible defective blower motor. Try tapping on the bottom of the motor when it shuts off to see if it will restart. If it does suspect a bad blower motor. If it doesn't, possible blower motor resistor problem especially if all blower motor speeds do not function properly
Why has instrument cluster gone dead for the second time?
After some research, it appears that Dodge instrument clusters seem to go out. It may be due to poor soldering or some other reason. Remove the cluster and check where the wire or plug connects to it, it may be cracked where the plug meets the circuit board. God-Bless!
