I have a Ford Focus 2006.

P0460 - Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit Description: The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the fuel level input (FLI) circuit for electrical failure. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum allowable calibrated parameters for a specified fuel fill percentage in the fuel tank. Possible Causes:
  • Empty fuel tank
  • Fuel pump (FP) module concern
  • Incorrectly installed fuel gauge
  • Damaged instrument cluster
  • CASE GND circuit open
  • FLI shorted to VPWR
  • Overfilled fuel tank
  • Damaged fuel gauge
  • FLI circuit open
  • FLI circuit shorted to CASE GND or PWR GND
  • CSE GND shorted to VPWR
  • Damaged PCM
Diagnostic Aids: Monitor the FLI and FLI V PIDs in key ON, engine running. A concern is present if the FLI PID is at 25% fill and the FLI V PID is less than 0.90 volt with a non-matching fuel gauge or the FLI PID is at 75% fill and the FLI V PID is greater than 2.45 volts with a non-matching fuel gauge. Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory Ranger GO to Pinpoint Test HX . All others Refer to the Workshop Manual Section 413-01, Instrument Cluster for fuel level indicator diagnosis. Transmission faul code po700

(DTC) CODE # P0700....Transmission Control System (MIL Request)

Translation:
Transmission Control Module (TCM) Malfunction or Failure.

P0700 Information Code

The Transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. If any malfunction is detected, the TCM informs the PCM by sending a signal (P0700 code). P0700 means that a code has been set in the TCM.

This code is for information ONLY. If this code is present, check for transaxle codes.

So basically, the P0700 code is telling you to check the TCM for a transaxle DTC. The TCM can not turn on the check engine light so it has the PCM do it. It needs to be scanned with trans capable scanner to see what the trans code or problem is. You should have 1st, 2nd, and Reverse because the car is operating in limp-mode. Since you said the speedometer doesn't work, my guess would be a faulty (VSS) vehicle speed sensor.

2000 Dodge stratus 2.4 started flooding all at once.P0117 code advance said was bad coolant sensor so disconnected it & still same problem.Changed plugs & they weren't wet just black.Any ideas ?

replace the coolant temp sensor as it reports engine temp to the ECM to set the mixture for combustion by disconnecting it , the ECM is reading a cold motor and will enrich the mixture as if the choke is still on it also reports when the coolant is at the correct temp and as it gets hotter tells the ECM to turn on the radiator fan

What size is the lower ball joint castle but on my 2000 dodge stratus

Sorry I can't answer your question directly but it is worth noting the sizes of nuts and bolt heads exposed to the weather or extreme heat for a while usually do not stay the original size indefinitely but reduce in increments requiring a variety of different sizes of wrench in order to obtain a sufficiently good fit. Corrosion over 15 years could reduce the size of a ball joint nut by a couple of millimetres. When tackling such jobs it is wise to be prepared...
