There are many glass companies that will come and replace it at your job or home, google auto glass repair with yoru zip and there will be a list, for example truimph auto glass, or JN Phillps auto glass, safelite auto glass.
My best guess is the switch is bad. Did you replace it? The problem could also be the bcm, but I would test the switch first. Remove it and check it with an ohmmeter.

The Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system must be disarmed before working around the air bag or SIR system wiring. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bag, resulting in unnecessary SIR system repairs and/or personal injury.
Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable from the battery.
In order to disarm the air bag system, allow the system capacitor to discharge for at least 2 minutes, before performing any removal procedures.
Remove the upper and lower steering column shrouds.
Disconnect the electrical connector from behind the combination switch.
Remove the mounting screws securing the combination switch to the steering column adapter collar.
Remove the combination switch from the vehicle.

If you mean the cross over tubes that follow the rack maybe if you can find them, personally I have never heard of a replacement part. Make sure fittings are tight if that's where it's leaking other lines to the rack are replaceable.
It's probably the brake lights that are remaining on, because the brake light switch is damaged or your brake pedal is not returning to the full up position. If your pedal is coming back up all the way, you need to replace the brake light switch. It is located under the dash and you should see it move as you move the brake pedal down and up.
See the link starting at about 4:30 to see how to replace the switch (the first part of the video is about changing bulbs). Replacing brake light switch on 2002 Dodge Caravan
Feel the heater hoses where they go through the firewall. If they're both hot but you're not getting any heat, your blend door is not moving to mix heated air with unheated air. It could be the blend door actuator not working or the HVAC control unit not working.
You can purchase an intake manifold gasket set from a local parts store. It should have the upper and lower intake gaskets contained in it. I see you plan on doing the valve cover gaskets as well. It might be a good idea to replace the plugs and wires at the same time to save some trouble down the road. I would recommend doing the oil change and change the thermostat at the same time as well.
Hi Kathy, I'm AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair
I look forward to helping you with your problem.
FIRST: I'd like you too, VERY IMPORTANT: after your vehicle has NOT BEEN RUNNING for awhile take off the radiator cap and see if it has coolant in the radiator, NOTE: if your coolant system has a reservoir {recovery Bottle} you should be able to see if coolant is in the bottle without removing the cap. To answer your question: YES a stuck closed thermostat can cause overheating BUT, it shouldn't mater if the heater is on or off, it will still over heat. SECOND: If the coolant I had you check is "FULL" then the next thing I need you to do is, with the engine running and the heater on look under the hood, VERY IMPORTANT: Please keep your hand away from any moving objects with the engine running. While you are looking under the hood I want you to see if the Radiator FAN turns on. NOTE: If the fan under the hood does not turn on before it overheats then you need further assistance to find out why the fan is not working properly. Click here for further assistance. Auto Repair
Have you performed a visual inspection of your fuse panel and other areas where wiring may be running behind the dash to see if water has contaminated them ?
