How do I remove the oil pan cover from a 99 dodge Dakota 4x4 with air 3.9 liter v6
You have to remove the engine mount bolts(one on each side) . Remove the differential mount bolts(three of the I believe). Drop the differential as low as it will go, raise the engine with a jack on the balancer, Just as i starts to raise the body. Remove the bolts to the oil pan and you might still have to pry it out some. Some drop out and some take a bit of leverage out and back in. Watch the gasket...
How do i fix upper control arm bushings
You will need the entire control arm if you don't have the required tools to press out and press in the new bushings....This repair is better left to a professional due to the hazards involved with the spring that holds the vehicle up. It has A LOT of stored energy when it is compressed!

Transmission Issues? Feels like I'm dumping the clutch when I ease into gear. Please help!
Sounds like something broke in the clutch area. The clutch has springs in it. In there for harsh shifts And dumping the clutch. But the pressure plate could possibly do this as it is also spring loaded. Changing the fluid would do this. The fluid only lubricates the internal parts. IE.. gears, bearings, ad synchronizers. being low isn't good, but still wouldn't cause this problem.

Overheating
It is amazing how many questions are here for 1999 Dodge Dakota. This is an electric fan I assume. Try running jumper wires from battery directly to fan motor. Does not run= bad fan motor. Runs= thermostat switch likely bad, or bad fuse or wiring.
