No, and a new battery may not cure the battery light being on. A low or no charge condition will turn the red battery light on, a bad battery will not. A low charge condition could have turn the check engine light on. I would have it checked before I would start replacing parts.

Hi, do you have any overheating problems with the vehicle at all, I found that when a car of that age give these problems it has 9 out of 10 times a cylinder head gasket problem. one might think it is electrical but it's not. Maybe you should have that checked out first. Regards Morne.

Its your thermostat sticking eventually it will stick completely an car will constantly overheat. Change it. That will take care of your problem..fender flares

Which one? The internal one is on the driver's side when you open the door. It is on the side part of the dash. It should have a handle for it so that it can be removed easily. Hope this helps.

check battery connection make sure their clean and have good connection check negative terminal make sure its grounded good to the block

Hi Victor,your best bet is to call dealer,tell them you need some manual transmission,fluid and tell them your vehicles info. and they will tell you what type and how much.
