DTC B3064 or B3069 DTC B3127 DTC B3128, B3133, or B3138 DTC B3132 DTC B3137 DTC B3272 Did they test the electrical circuit's for these componets ? Looking at a wirng diagram to see what if anything these have in common ,power feed , ground etc. maybe . What kind of garage did you take it to . 2001 Chevrolet Impala will not shut off unless you unplug the coil pack

Programming problems with the PCM. Anytime you change an engine or other major component it must match exactly with the PCM . If the pcm was replaced with the engine, then the message being received from the ignition module is not recognizable and the pcm will not shut off the engine. Either the PCM has to be re flashed by a professional to match your old ignition module.

How do i reset the anti theft system after i had already switched the ignition

The ignition key contains a coded transponder chip which is read via an antenna around or close to the ignition/steering lock and the code in the key must match the code in the car's immobiliser memory in order to start the car. As the key came from a different car it will need recoding. Sometimes the chip is moulded in plastic and sometimes it is possible to take the key apart - in that case you should be able to fit the chip (like a grain of rice) to your new key. If you are lucky placing the original key close to the new key while trying to start might just make it work. Good luck!

Overheating 2001 chevy impala

Believe it or not, new thermostats can be bad. Did you maybe get some adhesive on the thermostat preventing it to open fully? Is the thermostat installed with the crown up? The only other thing that I can think of, if it's a closed cooling system and the wrong radiator cap is installed, it won't hold the pressure, therefor overheating. The other thing may be the water pump. Many times the impellers will wear down internally causing to low of water flow.

No tail lights or dash lights

https://s8.postimg.org/5js3uvryd/park_lamps.jpg Click on the link. Did you check fuse circuit for voltage? Use a test light with headlamp switch on to check for voltage. See the park lamp relay, I'm not saying the relay is faulty, but, you might be able to use jumper wire on load side of relay, if lamps work, the problem is on control side of relay, for some reason. The load side of relay is that line with arrowhead. There could be other issues.
