Fuel pressure regulator maybe . Do you know where it is on the fuel injector rail . With the vehicle running pull the vac, hose off . Does the rpm go higher ? Is there fuel leaking out the end of the regulator ?

The pump will but the sending unit is different and that is all part of the so called "Pump Module"

IF you have a serpentine belt it's not a matter of adjusting the power steering belt tension because it's done automatically with a serpentine belt tensioner. OTOH, if you have a separate V-belt you'll need to loosen the mounting bolt/nut at the bottom of the steering pump and the adjustment bracket then tighten the belt by moving the adjustment nut to tighten the belt. You might be able to google a video of your particular engine power steering belt adjustment.

If you lost a vacuum line then the heater would let hot air out the vents with or without the fan motor running. Do this test with the engine up to operating temperature Touch both hoses with the heater on and temp control to the hottest position. Now check the temperature of both hoses. They should be the same. If not that indicates a blockage of water to the heater core. Test the water flow valve too. It can be plugged with rust or not moving to let water into the core. The core itself can be plugged too. If you really need a hose diagram, a Chilton's manual will be your source of information. The engine won't idle well with a vacuum hose off.

They run off the same circuit breakers. In fuse box, left side dash, open driver door for access

They should sell them at most autopart stores, it would be a chiltons car repair guide and it will tell you how to repair or replace any part on your car. i would call ahead at autopart stores for the car repair manual

You'll probably need to buy a shop manual from Ebay. They are available on a CD now. You can also register with autozone on their website for free and get some basic repair info including some wiring diagrams.
