I Have a 1998 Buick Rivera Blower does not blow i have power to the relay under the rear seat i have pulled the blower motor. by passed and motor fine no power to fuse left side of dash is there a rel

Not sure hat rely you are checking but the blower motor does. To have a relay in the rear fuse block. The fuse you're checking protects the HVAC computer. The HVAC computer uses that circuit to monitor the voltage going to the blower motor. The most likely problem is the blower motor resistor, aka blower motor module, blower motor speed control. It is typically located near the blower motor. The red wire is power from the battery and should be there all the time. Black is ground. Purple is power to the blower. Grey/black is the speed input from the HVAC module. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

My belt for the supercharge broke can I still drive the car?? 1997 riviera

Yes, you can still drive the car. No real damage will occur, but performance will be poor. It's not impossible to change the belts, just time consuming with the way the belt is run around the motor mount bracket.

Headlights stay on too long after engine is off

been working on the same issue for a week. fixed it last night after research and trouble shooting. The head lights are controlled by the head light dial/knob on your dash on the left side of your steering wheel. With the knob pushed in, if you shut down your car, the lights should automatically shut off as well. Mine didnt so what I did was i turned off my car, disconnected the positive battery terminal located inside a fist sized red box on the right side of your engine. Then I took off the dash panels to get to the actual connection on the headlight switch/dial/knob. I disconnected it and put it all back together. It fixed the problem. It worked for me, maybe theres an easier or faster way of fixing it but this worked. Good luck.

Won't shift out of park

My Riviera would do the same thing. Turned out that the Brake-Shift interlock solenoid was gummed up/bad. I ended up just removing it and just being careful to put my foot on the brake pedal like my truck from the 60's.

Water pump r&r on a 95 buick riviera supercharged.

No. Unfortunately for us 3800 owners, GM decided to put a bolt in that hole instead of a stud with a nut on the end. Yes, you are going to have to take off the motor mount along with the idler pulley bracket. Just make sure you don't put a cheap-o part on and you won't have to do it for another 15 years.

I have a water leak coming from my engine block.

If it's a hose, best bet is to just replace it, and use new clamps.

If it's leaking where it's connected to the nipple, for a quick fix, you can remove the hose, cut the hose off past the leak, and reattach it.

This requires a little bit of slack in the hose, but if the leak is right at the connection, there should be enough slack in the hose to do this.

I have a 1998 Buick

You have a blown Head Gasket. Stop driving the car. Only drive the car in EMERGENCYS. You need to check your oil to make sure that you are not mixing antifreeze with oil. If you are, you need to flush the engine and change all of your seals. A head gasket set costs about 75 bucks. But to hire someone to do it is expensive. It might cost you about eight hundred bucks to get and experienced person to change your head gasket. If you want to know how to do this, shoot me an email @ [email protected]. I can explain to you how to do it.

Need ignition for a 98 buick riviera

Do you have a resistor key? If so, a locksmith can read the resistance and make you a new key. Or, there is another solution. Basiclly go to the dealer or a manual and find the resistance figure for your ignition lock and have a mechanic install one or two resisters in line on the ignition switch wires.
