abs light means that a problem is being sense in the anti lock brake system, Traction control only activates when needed and is not related to the abs light, if you turn the traction control on and try driving and making the car slide the traction control will activate.but as for the abs light you need to get your brakes checked.

try some belt dressing if that does not fix the problem then you will need to get another belt take it back to o riely and get a new belt or your money back then go to the other parts store and purchase another belt. Remember you get what you pay for. there might be other problems like the altenator or tensioners or a/c compressor might be draging

Which tensioner are you refering to the serpentine belt or the timing belt tensioner.

Same problem on my 98 Regal GS; remove glove box, locate the blend door actuator, (black odd shaped box with metal "ring"). Remove the box and manually turn the blend door shaft it was attached to. If you get cold air, it's the actuator you removed. About 30-40 dollars.
