try pulling on the steering wheel pretty hard. sometimes it locks and wont let the key turn.

The light tells you that an error code has been stored in the car's computer. Take it to your local auto parts store, most will read the code for you at no cost. They can then tell you what needs to be fixed.

you can go to the library and get a book on your car that should have the wiring diagrams you need.

with check engine light on check for codes there will be a code.

these are located on the passenger side of the motor and towards the back by the firewall. there should be a cap or dipstick that indicates power steering fluid.

The selection door, is operated by 1/4" vacuum hoses. When turning the knob or sliding a lever, to select between floor, vents, or dash deck for windshield defrost, vacuum is created by the valve body and the blower will then blow thru the desired vents. When these hoses/lines are compromised, especially on a vehicle over 15 years old it seems likely, vacuum won't be created, and the last working position, is normally where it stays! Until the lines are replaced. Good luck.

May not be the booster as some do make a noise when the brakes are applied. To test press the brakes several times with engine off, Press the pedal down hard and start the engine , the pedal should move down slightly and there should be no whooshing sound . if the above is ok so is the booster.

You may not have a starter relay as such. The Starter usually has a solenoid (a relay of sorts) mounted on it.

Try banging your hand in around the passenger dash area. Sometimes this will make a defective blower motor work. It ca be a fuse, resistor,blower motor, switch or wiring causing this issue

I would try changing the fuel filter and/or pump. My brother had to take the exhaust system off the bottom of the car and then pull the gas tank to get to the fuel filter. Hope this helps. My problem was after I would drive the car and the engine would heat up. Once I parked and then tried to start it again while engine was still warm, it would not start. Strangely enough, a jump would solve the problem. But it happened over and over. Once we changed the fuel pump and filter, it never happened again. If you are under there replacing the fuel filter, I recommend changing the fuel pump as well. No sense in having to go through that awful hassle twice.

your lighting control module is the problem

Dash units where a recall on most buick lasabre's. I just replace one on a 2004. My guess is to go to a savage yard an get a use one. They sell for about $25 bucks. They are very easy to change

On most earlier Buicks it is on the radiator support unit, usually driver's side up pretty high. Small metal can size of your thumb with several wires attached.

It would be the Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input if you meant 0107

there are many posts here in lesabre horn / heater problems, search for them and you may find your answer. should be no connection between the two, must be crossed wiring somewhere or faulty wiring connection block.

Sounds as if the back bracks are so worn the wheel calipers are sticking or some brake part has failed. Tear down rear brakes to see what has happened.
