My positve battery cabel was loose, when i tighten it, the starter was trying to tun over with out the key in the ignition.

When you tightened the battery connection you may have twisted the cable on the starter and shorted it to the solonoid lead causing the starter to engage . Check the connections on the starter and make sure there are not touching each other. Hope this helps.

Startin problems

The starter will have to be replaced. Go to a salvage yard and buy one for half the cost of regular price. Plus it may be an original equipment starter, the original factory starter on the car. It's better quality than a lot of aftermarket parts you get across the counter.

You say that the car will only turn over a little buit but not start. Is the car turning over and slowly dying out to nothing or is it just turning over and not starting?
