How much will it cost to replace the sunroof motor
If you are doing the job yourself you should be able to get the part from a salvage yard for around $30-$40 although you can also get them off ebay
Are you sure it is the motor and not the module? the modules often go on this model, so double check before buying any parts.

Dan

Abs & traction light on 1997 buick lesabre
This is a fairly common problem, Gm has actually issued a service bulletin regarding this repair. The problem probably originates from one of your wheel speed sensors that is mounted inside one of your front wheel bearings. To be sure, you need to have the car scanned to find out which one and then you have to replace the whole bearing assembly because the sensor is integral to the bearing. The bearing is not hard to do but you will need some professional tools if you want to do it yourself. At a shop it should cost between 3 and 400 dollars complete.
Couldnt get the key out slamed it into park key
I had a similar problem with the Ignitiion switch assembly on my 95'Buick Riviera, which is also tied into the security system (of course). When the switch itself failed, it prevented the changing of the gear selector.
I found a used one on eBay and a friend of mine helped me replace it -- solving the problem. But it took us over three hours because
several of the fasteners require security type tools, but not all of them. So it was a learning process which a GM Mechanic could have probably done in an hour but at $100's of dollars more.
Hope this helps.
Can you tell me how to replace the passenger side
On a 1997 Buick riviera the light bulbs simply plug in from the back side of the lens. You will have to twist the bulb pod from the socket. Change the bulb, wipe it with a clean cloth and twist it back in.
How to free up a stuck parking brake pedal on a 97
Hello. Chances are this 12 year old cable is corroded. You can sometimes free them up using a product available at auto parts stores called WD-40. Spray it the length of the cable and let it sit overnight to do its magic. If after doing that two or three times, you have no success then replacing the parking brake cable would be in store. Regards, J.

My Buick Riviera is having trouble reversing. It
IT sounds like the reverse band or pump is playing up and it could be due to dirty filter in the pan on G/Box
or the pump isent getting enough oil and the body valve isent working propley and as the reverse and forward pumps are both differant then.
Check oil in trans first and then if no change take to auto trand shop for a expert check over ..
Let me know how you get on . Ron
