There are a few ways the cheapest is to remove the window regulator all together, and place a 2x4 cut to match under the window as a support, or simply replace the window regulator. Remove the door panel, and you will see that there are some bolts that hold the rails that the window goes up and down on, specifically there should be two rails, and a bolt up top, and bolt down low, and both rails (4 total). Then you will see a cluster of about 3-4 bolts holding the motor in place. Remove the motor bolts, and remove the electrical plug in as well. After the rails, and motor has been un-hooked, the window will move freely up and down. There will be two access holes in the door to remove the bolts holding the regulator to gthe glass itself. You want to move the window until you find the spot where the holes line up, or however you can access those bolts holding the glass to the regulator. Then your glass will have nothing holding it up, and you can wedge things in there to hold it, or place something under it to hold it, or simply do the reverse of what I said here, and nstall a new regulator.
