You have to pull the fuel tank to replace it.It should run continuously if the engine is running , if the key is just on it will only run for two seconds to prime fuel system .

I would check the battery charge and also clean the battery cable well on both ends and make sure they are tight. Did you use the proper shim(s) when installing the new starter?....Mike

Probably bad ignition module or coil. Check for spark at plugs while in failure state.

Nothing to do with ac system caliper seize or brake hose change both of them

Almost all the vacumn hoses on your 3800 engine are standard sizes and you should be able to get replacements and any auto parts store.

I just did a 97 Regal yesterday and yes you are correct...the strip must be removed to gain access...depending on model you may have to remove the cushioning panel (piece of upholstery panel) on the inside of trunk lid...follow this video URL as it explains the removal better in video form than written..basically remove the 7 10mm nuts holding panel on, lower trunk lid a little and wiggle panel off, twist socket and remove to gain bulb access..install is reverse procedure ...Regal, Century and LeSabre are all same idea/setup Tail Light Change 1997 2005 Buick Century 2004 Buick Century Custom 3 1L V6

That chattering sound is probably the fuel pump relay which sits up and to the right of the glovebox....its either not seated properly, its socket is failing, its failing or the wiring from PCM to it is not good (it could also be a PCM issue but check those other areas first)...remove the lower insulation panel and then look up and you should see a fuse/relay panel..the lower insulation panel should have relay location in the fuse/relay panel

Look for the belts, There should be a device with a large pulley wheel, and an Oil fill cap (also dipstick). That will be the Power steering pump and the fill location.

code p0300 refers to random/multiple misfires--misfire detected===causes--spark plug/sHT leads--injectors--ignition coil/s---low compression---wiring code p0171 refers to system too lean, bvank 1===causes--intake/exhaust leak--AIR system--fuel pressure/pump---MAF/VAF sensors---injectors---HO2S sensor The common thread is fuel so have a pressure test done on the fuel system to check for pump and / or faulty pressure regulator, then progress to injectors.

Check for metallic contamination on the ABS sensors behind the hubs. Also, check to see if your parking brake is hanging up.
