I have a vibration shutter
No, it wasn't in your ABS system, ever. Your problem is a faulty fuel injector or possibly as much as a bad valve. These 2 things, one or the other, cause a dead cylinder. One of your cylinders is misfiring. Last # in a code will tell you which one is misfiring. If just an injector, check that is good or bad with an ohm meter on the injector pins with the harness off of it. If it shows a large difference between it and the other injectors, that's the bad one and needs replaced. If not an injector fault, do a compression test on all cylinders with ALL plugs out so it turns over freely. If one cylinder comes up low compression, you'll need a valve job done. Good luck friend, I hope it's just an injector.
Lights won't turn off on 97 Buick LaSabre
There is a maxi-fuse under the hood for the headlights. Until you get the car fixed, just pull out that fuse when you shut off or don't need lights.
It could be the Body Control Module (BCM) that is causing this. Without a multi-meter and a wiring diagram, you will be pretty much lost. One needs to start checking power in and power out on the appropriate wires. Like this: there will be a wire from the headlight switch to the bcm, then there will be a wire out from the module going to the lights or maybe to the dimmer switch, but it will be the power out wire. The BCM is under the dash, probably on the passenger side.
The horn on my 1997
Sounds like a short in the circuit, which may or may not be in the steering wheel. It might be, if hitting the horn button actually stops it for a while. Be careful with the airbag and remove the fuse before messing with it- I've heard a slight short will set it off.
Dash lights blink, engine stalls then runs on 1997 Buick LeSabre
Given the amount of electronic's on your vehicle , an control modules , have a full vehicle scan done . Not at a parts , thier diagnostic tool will not check BCM -body control module , Instrument cluster , air bag module codes . Your vehicle maybe have communication problem between modules . Suggest you google GM class 2 serial data communication network .
Still cant get a brake
you may have to run the motor as you bleed the brakes so the abs hydraulic unit can purge any air that might be caught within the unit itself.did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it on the car.this can save time and reduce the possible chance of air entering the system.make sure you don`t allow the master cylinder to run low on brake fluid.i also assume that you are bleeding the brakes properly.Left front brake works with Right rear brake and Right front brake works with Left rear brake.this is how the brakes should be bleed.
