I don't know about your heater problem, especially if there is heat on the driver's side. Could just be a closed vent on the other side. BUT, If all 4 of your power windows went out simultaneously, pray that it's a fuse issue. Because if it isn't, either all 4 of your window switches or all 4 of your window motors have gone out. Just be glad they're stuck up instead of down. I've had several replaced. It's expensive and involves pulling off the door interiors.

Sounds like the wires inside the harness between the door jam are broken from cracking in the cold and opening and closing the door. push the rubber boot back or cut it off if you like and inspect the wires.

the higher the compression ratio the higher the octane rating required
normal compression ratio 10 or 11:1 will run on 91 or 95 octane rating
higher will require 100-110 octane rating or aircraft engine gas
superchargers only increase the amount of air available for combustion
it is the compression ratio that determines the octane rating required

With the key OFF, turn on parking lamps and emergency flashers. Then walk around the entire car, looking for lamps changing brilliance. Any that DON'T change brilliance either have a bad bulb or a bad ground connection!

Turn the key on for ten minutes, off for thirty seconds. This is a reset. A relearn is three times this, try to start after the third time. Have a charger on the battery with a relearn.

Once the CEL has set, it remains lit until the problem that set it is resolved and the light reset using a OBD Scantool. Certain intermittent issue can cause the light to go on and off on occasion, but most faults, once set, remain until reset by the scantool. If the fault is still present after resetting the light, it will set again as soon as the system detects the failure.

Spray carburetor cleaner around the edges of the intake manifold an listen for engine rpm change . If it changes you have a vacuum leak .How does the engine idle , steady or does it try to stall .From your description I'd say that your mass airflow sensor is dirty or bad , temp sensor . Your best bet is to take your vehicle to a ASE certified repair shop an have them diagnose the problem. Where they have a professional grade scan tool to check engine sensor data .
