How to change out my windshield on my mitsubishi

As a profesional master certified auto glass installer, I wouldn't recommend the average backyard mechanic to attempt installing a windshield on your own.

I have a 99 mitsubishi eclipse and I'm wondering

i just did one on passenger door, roll window up, use 1/4" sockets, on door end, by door latch there is a 10mm, level with door handle, take off door panel inside, you'll see the window where its bolted, just behind that dip down shape of the window where it attaches, you'll see another 10mm bolt, take those 2 bolts out, remove the two extension rods, cliped on to handle lever, and lock cylinder, one on handle is white clip, one on cylinder is green clip, flip the snap part of clip away from rod, and slide rod out of clip hole, walla, pull handle out, unclip retainer clip from around slots holding cylinder into handle, and your done, p.s. try to reclip door handle rod into white clip before bolting back in to gain easier access to white clip and rod, green isnt as hard

1999 mitsubishi eclipse 2.0L na. no start.

On this model engine, the power to the coil pack is delivered directly from the power transistors located inside the PCM.
If you are not getting the signal to fire going into the coil, verify you are getting a good waveform from the crank angle sensor, and that the wiring from it to the PCM is intact. If the crank sensor is delivering signal to the PCM, and the PCM is not generating pulse via the internal power transistors, the PCM has failed (the power transistors blow open, it is fairly common on this Chrysler PCM).

Wont start

Have the codes checked. Could be a bad crank sensor, NOx sensor, or camshaft sensor.

Want to add more power to my 99 eclips rs

Initially your most cost affective way of making more HP is to allow the engine to breath. Pick-up and install a cold-air intake system (this will allow it to breath easier) next look to your exhaust, possibly replace the muffler or other components in the exhaust system. Next look to your hamonic balancer and other pulleys; a lite weght pulley allows the engine to rev quicker. Next look in to injectors and possible change the cars tuning thru the engine's computer. Often more HP can be established by just using a hand held computer to change the injector's point of opening and for how long. You can look to change the intake too, you should be able to find one with cleaner turns and larger diameters to get air more easily to the engine. Horse power can come very easily; it is just a matter of how much you want to spend $$$.
I hope this may have helped, and good luck with the car. Personally I have always been impressed on how much HP those engine can pump out.
