I have just installed a Mercedes CD changer in my glove box, but now have an error message of "no discs" even when the cartridge is loaded with 6 discs. How do I re-set my cd changer and where do I find the re-set button?
A couple of different possibilities here but this is a typical problem when it comes to the MB cd changers. Before ruling the cd changer bad, check the spring settings on the sides of the changer. Make sure they are in the 'H' position since it sits in the glovebox. The Mercedes cd changers don't have a reset button. 95% of the time its the cd changer that is bad when this scenario happens. Its caused by a linkage that gets knocked out of place internally of the cd changer. Also try not to use burned or homemade cd's as they can also cause the cd changer not to read the discs anymore. If your cd changer is brand new or a factory rebuild then the dealer should change it out no problem since MB cd changers are known for this problem. Also the version coding needs to done to configure the D2B fiber optic ring properly.

yellow triangle with ! in the middle popped up on dashboard what does that mean
It's the ESP warning light, You may have a ESP button on the dash which you can push to reset it, Otherwise try having the car idling in neutral and turn the steering wheel fully left then right the back to middle, This should reset the light, if it comes back you will need to get the car plugged into a diagnostic scanner to find the issue.

Trying to reprogram my key FOB on my 2008 dodge ram. I replaced the FOB battery, now I need instructions on how to reprogram the FOB so the unlock and lock / panic buttons work.
ATTENTION: You MUST HAVE one working remote to add one more to the system. If you do not have one working remote right now then these instructions will not work. Can anyone tell me where the fuse box is located in a 2001 Mercedes C320? I dont have an owners manual or the fuse chart so if anyone could also tell me which fuse is for the steering wheel lock? My problem is that when I put my key into my ignition it will not turn. There is no sound like their usually is (I think that sound is releasing the steering lock) and the key does absolutely nothing (nothing lights up in dash etc). I am still able to unlock/lock the door with the Smart Key and the headlights, interior lights etc all work in the car so I dont think that it is the battery. I just got a new ignition put in the car 3 months ago so I dont think it is the ignition. I have narrowed it down to either the key is worn and dead and I neeed a new one. Or a fuse or something blew so I need to replace it etc. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
There is a fuse to protect the circut operating the electric steering lock.

2001 C240 ''Undervoltage Consumer Defective''
UNDERVOLTAGE CONSUMER DEFECTIVE come up on the dash so i did not drive the car .The next day the battery was down and so i took the battery to the garage for charging after which i put it back on, same problem. I bought a new battery and the sign went off and came back after sometime(5mins).
Just the other day i was driving and different messages were popping up... the system was going crazy, you know like it was going out of breath then the car was not accelerating so i parked by the side of the road. The car would not start after i turned it off but after about 30mins it started and i drove abit then it started showing all kinds of messages, acting crazy. What does UNDERVOLTAGE CONSUMER DEFECTIVE means. What do you think is the problem with my car thank you.
Sounds to me like a voltage regulator issue. This is attached to the alternator and monitors how much voltage is sent back to the battery. Any decent parts store should be able to hook up a charging system tool-most common is a Vat-40 and check the system. And they will probably do it for free. If there is an issue with the charging system, then try the voltage regulator first, as opposed to the alternator-there is quite a price difference I assure you. Let me know what you find.

I have a problem with my Mercedes Benz C180 :
Brake Assist.
Visit Workshop
BAS
How serious is that? How to fix it?
Hi there
BAS is the Brake Assist System and if there is a malfunction it would
only come into play in an Emergency stop while applying full pressure.
BAS applies full braking force because people tend to lighten up their
pressure on the pedal in these situations. I would suggest that the best thing to do is go to a Workshop or Service Center and have it checked out. Please remember to put a good rating on my profile.
Kind regards
Dustin Ellse
