I have this 92 ge 2.0 liter yeh I won't lie I make it work for the 500$ I spent on but now the trans has lost 4th and slips 2nd haven't had the car 12 months and serviced trans and put in new hoses in wen I bought it.. I changed the range sensor twice today with used ones from the wreckers no change at all also on hot days after a decent drive car will rev 5000 rpm in park / neutral 1200rpm in gear considering 2nd hand trans

the problem is most likely your fule pump or possibly a clogged injector. if it's the fuel pump, then you'll have to drop the tank and replace it, but if it's the injectors, which is less likely unless it has not been driven for a year or so, then you'll have to go to either a dealership or a mechanic and have them pressure clean the injectors. most manufacturers would have you do this every 60,000 miles or longer, but it really depends on the amount of driving you do and the quality of gas you use.

it has to be scaned with a scan tool then fix what comes up on the scan tool then take the scan tool to errase whatever codes that was showing

Seems like it may be a problem with your starter circuit. First thing to try is checking if your battery is fully charged (or at least enough to start your vehicle). Then try checking your fuses and if they are ok then you may have to replace your starter. A qualified mechanic can check your starter to make sure this is the problem.
