I have a 2006 cobalt with a 2.2 i have no injector pulse what could cause this?

You should have 12 volts to every injector with the key on. The pcm controls the pulse. If you have 12 volts, then it is the wires to the pcm or the pcm is bad. You'll need a volt /ohm meter to check the wires

I have an 06 cobalt and recently my car started to suddenly lose power while driving. It says reduce engine power when this happens. If I turn the car off for a minute it'll go away.

This has nothing to do with the Catalytic converter ! Plugged catalytic converters don't go away after shutting off the vehicle ! This reduced engine power has to do with the Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System Reduced Engine Power Mode When the ECM detects a condition with the TAC system, the ECM may enter a reduced engine power mode. Reduced engine power may cause one or more of the following conditions: ?€¢ Acceleration limiting--The ECM will continue to use the accelerator pedal for throttle control; however, the vehicle acceleration is limited.

?€¢ Limited throttle mode--The ECM will continue to use the accelerator pedal for throttle control; however, the maximum throttle opening is limited.

?€¢ Throttle default mode--The ECM will turn off the throttle actuator motor and the throttle will return to the spring loaded default position.

?€¢ Forced idle mode--The ECM will perform the following actions:

- Limit engine speed to idle by positioning the throttle position, or by controlling the fuel and spark if the throttle is turned off.

- Ignore the accelerator pedal input.

?€¢ Engine shutdown mode--The ECM will disable fuel and de-energize the throttle actuator.

The code for my 2006 chevy cobalt is po651 voltage sensor

That code is a general location error code. According to what Ive read it has to be on a garage scanner to pin point the exact fault within that general error.

Why does the front passenger door intermittently not open from either the inside or the outside and then all of a sudden it will work for a few days.

Door latch guts are worn. On newer cars they tend to be made of plastic and wear down. Get a Chilton/Haynes repair manual for your little BowTie and it will explain and show you how to replace the guts. Do it before it fails entirely. Other wise you're stuck trying to take inside door panels off when the door is closed.

Where are the bolts located to remove starter from 2006 chevy colbalt

I had a suspicion, so I checked. Sure enough, this is one of those fantastically engineered engines with one bolt visible, and the other INSIDE THE FRIGGIN' BELL HOUSING. Have fun getting to that one. :p

This condition may be repeated and upon investigation, the technician may find the following DTCs set as current or in history: • DTC P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance • DTC P2135 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation • DTC P2138 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation Cause This condition of a repeat DTC P1516, P2135 and/or P2138 may be caused by an internal concern with the PCM. Correction Attachments are only available to registered users. Register Here Attachments are only available to registered users. Register Here Important: DO NOT replace the APP sensor. Inspect the PCM build date first. Before following the diagnostic information in SI on DTCs P1516, P2135 and/or P2138, an inspection of the PCM serial number year and Julian (PCM build) date will be necessary to determine if the PCM will need to be replaced to correct the repeat DTC P1516. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement in SI in order to remove the PCM. Refer to the above graphic illustration (1) for the location of the PCM serial number. The serial number is read left to right. The last digit of the year is the 9th character and the Julian date is comprised of the 10th, 11th and 12th characters and is used to determine the PCM build date. Refer to the example below to read a build date from the PCM serial number: * 8 6 Y N AU K 1 5 3 2 5 0 R P N * If the PCM year and Julian dates are between 5182 and 5304 , replace the PCM. Refer to the Part Catalog to order the correct PCM for your vehicle application, if necessary. Vehicles with PCM built outside the dates should refer to SI diagnostics for DTCs P1516, P2135 and/or P2138

The key is stuck in

Well thats a pickle. I'm guessing it is out of warranty? I would call the dealership first and ask to speak to a service tech. Hopefully they will help you figure it out over the phone if they are nice. If not, you will probably want to bring it to a shop you trust and have them do an estimate. that will usually tell you the problem. It does not look like there is a recall for this issue.

How would i disconnect the transmission from the motor when the motor is locked up

Try using an impact socket on the balancer bolt, with a 3/4" Johnson bar and a long steel pipe for leverage. If that doesn't work your only other option may be to remove the heads, spray WD40 all around the edge of the pistons, then place a piece of wood like a 4 x 4 on top of each piston and give it a few really good hits with a heavy hammer, that may free the pistons enough so you can turn the crankshaft.
