My 2005 trailblazer cuts off when in gear when the defrost/ac is turned on. Just had a brand new transmission put in the day before this started. Would that have ANYTHING to do with this happening? Wh

VERY easy fix, and a VERY common problem. When they put the new tranny in they had to unhook the battery. When the battery is hooked back up, computer thinks everything is clean and adjusted well. Problem is, your throttle body is dirty, so the computer isn't adjusting for fuel correctly because it thinks it's clean. Rip that throttle body off with the battery disconnected, it's only 4 bolts and disconnect the wires. Clean with Seafoam or throttle body/sensor safe cleaner using towel or toothbrush. Do NOT use wire brush, will mar the aluminum. After everything is clean, put back together and hook the battery back up. With all HVAC OFF, drive around for 15 minutes or so, so the computer can relearn all correct settings. Problem solved, should clean the TB on a regular basis. By the way YES you can reuse the hard plastic gasket on the TB. $7 fix if you do it yourself. Good luck!

Brakes on my 05 trailblazer locked up while driving and the vehicle won't move.

ALL brakes locked up, or just rear? Rear could mean differential is locked up...Sounds more likely while driving it, as cars now have a front or rear valve so all brakes are not lost at one time..

My left turn signal started to only work about 50% of the time, it wont work hardly at all now. the right turn signal is fine. When I try to use the left turn signal, there is no dash indicator lights

Hey Bob how's it going ? I have been looking at Chevy service info for your vehicle and this a little on the complex side or that is the way it sounds from the turn signal description ! Turn Signal Lamps The smart flasher (GMSF) is an automotive flasher designed to accept turn, hazard, and brake inputs. The GMSF will provide corresponding outputs to the exterior lamps and instrument panel turn signal indicator lamps. This lighting system has dedicated lamps for the turn/hazard functions and dedicated lamps for the brake function. The system incorporates the use of flash rates for diagnostics. The flash rate is a calculation of the number of flashes that occur within a 60 second period. This system uses a percentage of on-time to off-time called duty cycle. For the bulb outage condition, the indicator of the vehicle side on which the outage occurs shall assume bulb outage flash rate mode. The opposite side indicator will assume the normal flash rate mode for an input from the non bulb outage side of the vehicle. Hazard warning lamp outage will maintain a normal flash rate as long as 2 or more exterior signaling lamps are functional. During all modes of operation, the IPC will receive the same flash rates and duty cycles that the exterior lamps receive. The IPC will then control the indicators in the cluster. The vehicle operator will be provided with an audible and visual indication of the flasher operation. Below is a table with flash rates and duty cycles: Are all your bulbs good ? Operating Condition Flash Rate Duty Cycle Normal 75 to 105 flashes per minute 45% to 55% Turn Signal Lamp Outage 2 or 3 times faster than normal flash rate 35% to 55%

2005 Trailblzr, lumber. Can someone just tell me which way switch moves to deflate. No indicators in knob to deflate and my seat is lopsided

It's not the lumbar. Most likely a broken bolt. Check the bottom end of the seat and back rest.
