Torch converter? They start making noise before they fail to work. But could be a list of things going bad

Check the compression on the cylinder, make sure the fuel injector is injecting fuel into the cylinder,

Did you let the vehicle sit for 30 min. before testing ? Modules need to time out (go to sleep - power down etc.. How are you testing ? Have a ammeter inline with battery negative cable and negative battery post . Have any doors open ( door switch closed ) Key out of ignition ? How much current ? 50 milliamps max !

Tony, our TB's only have 3 bulbs, 1 brake, 1 running, 1 backup. If you happened to be playing with NEW LED bulbs (from local retail location) for the brakes, guaranteed you blew the fuse under the rear seat. It takes a special CK socket for the brakes that no one carry's. If you're only dealing with normal incondecent bulbs, I'd still check the fuse under the rear passenger seat.

Have you had the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes ? I would start there first . Battery , charging system all good ? What computer , the ABS has a control module all to it self . The Air con has a relay in the under hood fuse box controlled by the PCM / engine computer . If there is a problem with ABS , The EBCM - electronic brake control module will turn on ABS and the red brake light . A low voltage condition could cause this problem , but I would expect more of the lights to be lit on the dash . Including the check engine light , battery light . This are not connected , Power or ground wise . Have the vehicle checked for codes , that should be the first place to start any diagnostic's always !

Shut off switch for what ? Fuel pump ? This vehicle does not have a fuel shut off switch , if that's the switch your talking about !

you have a hole or air leak in the big rubber cruise control bladder. Duct tape or electrical tape should fix it.

faulty tbi or throttle pedal sensor.

turn the ignition switch to on do not start engine,withing 10 seconds depress the accelerator 3 times and turn key off,this resets the light to 100%,sometimes you have to do it a couple of times.

Yours and nobody else's none of them work . Make sure you don't slam the door on it it will damage stuff you don't want to know about . However this was a mandate the dealers have to fix it for free in my state if you don't ware your seat belt its a crime but if dosn't work correctly who committed the crime .

Have the battery tested, it may be defective

take it back to the shop that did the rebuild and have it fixed proeprly

Time for a rebuild or replace. The 2nd/3rd clutches are usually the first to go.
