can you tell me how to replace the serpentine belt for a 1993 buick lesabre?
the "serp" belt is self-adjusted by a spring loaded tensioner pulley. the proper size wrench or a 3/8" square drive inserted in the tensioner and rotated will release the tension to allow the belt to come off. reverse order to install. DRAW A PICTURE OF THE ROUTING OF THE BELT AROUND THE PULLEYS BEFORE REMOVING CURRENT BELT!!

on my 1994 ford ranger my turn signal don't work at all
Turn signals depend on a small relay switch to function. It makes an audible clicking noise when the signal is engaged. If there are no blown fuses in your box, then this is my next suspect.
This relay switch is typically located under the dash near or on the fuse box panel. Even on a 1994, this relay should be a plug and play item.
Other thoughts. Make sure all bulbs are working. Some older models come on but won't blink when a bulb is out. There are other relays mounted in a box under the hood. Check all your fuses, and relays... before tearing it all apart.
Do your hazard lights work? If these are out as well, then its a sure bet that little relay is bad.

how to hot wire a 93 buick lesabre. the key has a special chip on it. The key is worn out. the security panel light comes on. The car is old and I thought I would by - pass the ignition switch.
Thanks
You cannot bypass GM Vag passkey. The key has a specific resistance the allows the BCM to start the car.

how to remove and replace starter on 3800 engine
start out by disconnecting the battery, remove the 2 starter bolts, once the starter bolts are removed you can remove the small wires off the starter solenoid (take a picture where the wires go so when you reinstall the new starter you know which terminal to put them on), bolt up the new starter and your done.
or you can check out a repair manual from your local library and look at the pictures.

car idles rough also runs rough in overdrive. Problem started after a oil change???? weird..Catalyst was stopped up had to punch a hole in it to get it to run. Took it to muffler shop and had catalyst eliminated. Car runs better but still idles rough and at steady speeds runs rough. Runs so rough it makes engine shake in engine compartment..thought it was the drive shaft when driving but it also does it in park. I changed the plugs and wires...removed egr valve and cleaned (dont know much about them)....what you think?? fuel filter??? muffler?? ????? thanks
Sometimes a rough idle like that is a fuel filter. As you've already done the plugs and wires the fuel filter would be my next bet.

Power antenna motor won't stop running. Do you know where the cutout switch is located?
There is no switch. When the plastic gears inside the power antenna strip out they continue to run because the limiter switch inside the unit never gets tripped. If you can assist the antenna up when it's running, leave it up and disconnect the power to the motor. If i remember correctly the antenna is mounted on the passenger rear quarter panel. You should be able to pull some of the truck trim out a little and disconnect the two or three wire connector.

1993 buick lesabre won't crank. battery is good but turn the key it won't do anything no clicking noise. have 12 volts from the battery to the starter but nothing from the ignition plug terminal on the starter when you turn the key
most likelt the electrical ignition switch located on the transmission is shot
Just take a volt meter to see if power gets to the solenoid wire. If not replace that switch

After replacing fuse for tail lights, it will blow the new fuse
The fuse is blowing because there is a short to ground in the circuit.
It also includes the parking lights in the front of the car.
The sockets and wiring will need to be checked for shorts.
