Remote keyless entry not working

This could be as simple as needing new batteries. I would start there. The next would be the programming of the module. That will require the manual for you individual vehicle. If those both check out it could be the send receive unit in your car that has gone bad or the remote itself went bad on that one function. You can do some of this yourself but ultimately the company that put it in should trouble shoot this for you without cost.

White smoke coming from back of engine it is not water or oil problem

It sounds very much like you have a head gasket blown, or a cracked cylinder. You say it isn't water, yet you have to keep topping up the radiator. So basically, it IS water.

TPS code says low voltage, when i read the codes, have just put in a new TPS,among many other parts, what should i look fr?

The computer sends a 5 volt reference signal to the sensor and depending on how open the throttle is, the return voltage is less. The code may be saying the return voltage is too low or nothing. You would check for the reference voltage with a meter and resistance in the sensor. You may also have to check the return wire at the computer to see if there is a break in the harness.

Power windows.

Everything runs thru the drivers side master switch, may be the switch but.. look inside the rubber boot between the door and the body(razor blade)The wires tend to break in there due to the drivers door being used morethan the rest.A wire connector or some fancy soldering work is the only fix without pulling the whole harness.

1999 Olds Silhouette From H E double hockey sticks!!!!!

Well you will need the O2 sensor and the converter on the car for it to run. If you replace "any" parts in the electrical system, you will have to reset your computer too. It may be misfiring as it is reading the setting of the bad ICM (module) and giving you headaches. You can reset it by taking off "both" battery cables for 15 minutes and then rehooking them. After this run the car and let the computer read the new ICM.
