Radio fuse on 96 galant keeps blowing out

Check to see what else shares the same fuse with the radio. If cigarette lighter is on it could be a penny or something stuck between the lighter and socket. That would be because when it is hotter the ac is working harder to cool the car, forcing the ac condenser to heat more. Make sure all fans are kicking on to cool it down. Most cars have two fans one for when ac is off and one for when its on. So make sure both are kicking on or that one is kicking on and off with two different speeds. You can hear the fans kicking on and off when the car is on in park. If you don't hear fans kick on check fan fuses, relays, and fan motors.

How can i increase the idle speed of mitsubishi

where the throttle cable is attached to the carb.
There should be a spring lever that moves when the throttle pedel is pressed.
On this spring lever the will be a screw that sets the idle postion of the spring lever.
when the pedal is not being pressed,it is where the spring lever is resting.
With the engine on turn the screw to the desired height for the correct idle rpm easy as that.
and it is set
Hope i Help

The crankshat sensor on this car controls the

the injectors don't work without spark, keeps from flooding the engine, you have to find out why no spark, so thats fuses, connections, a troubleshooting manual and a volt ohm meter, it could even be the ignition switch, so don't change anymore parts till you know why

The motors dies after the engine heats up

Does the check engine light come on? If it does check for codes. Your problem could be the ignition module or main ignition relay may be over heating, EFI (electronic fuel injection), vapor lock. It could be your fuel pump over heating or there is a problem with the distributor. Good luck

Hello, I have a 96 mitsubishi galant es that wont start

could be the crank sensor, you need to check spark and fuel delivery, if you have fuel then its got to be the high tension side of things that are wrong, does this model run off a coil pack for the ht, could be that, you said you change the alternator, check connections at the rear of alternator, this could be the supply for the ht etc, good luck.

I have a 1996 mitsubishi chariot which keeps on

If it is not water in the gas, it is something to do with your computer. Either it is sending the wrong info to the jets, or throttle body whichever you have, or one of the many sensors in your car is gone bad. Get it the parts store and put a scanner on it. If it comes up clean, put some dry gas in the tank.

The car turns over getting fuel not getting any

Check your distributor cap and rotor, your coil pack, and your spark plugs. There are tools that you can borrow from Kragen/Checkers to see if there is any power getting to the spark plugs. If your spark plugs are fine as well, it might not be your spark. You might have a buildup in your exhaust, try disconnecting the exhaust right behind your headers and starting her up again.

Headlight lens are all scracthed how do i replace them

If they are just surface scratches on the plastic lens, you can use any paint scratch removing cream or liquid as directed on the can or bottle. But if the scratches are deep and go beyond the surface there is nothing you can do. Try using acetone for slightly deeper scratches but test it on an obscure spot before trying on the middle. Hope that helps. God bless!
