Car consuming 1 liter per 3 km. Car is 1997 mitsubishi lancer pizza. Also emits black smoke

That engine is getting too much fuel. Check the air filters and the oxygen sensors. IT could also be the injectors.

Iat sensor location

No idea to be honest this is all that white coated rubber gloved modern mechanic brigade, but from my experiance any add on to the original electronics will not work as the designers of the car have made it to the maximum permisable for that engine to strike a happy compromise to fuel economy and performance ,these boy racer gismos never work without causing problems down the line like over revving the engine or causing too much fuel to be used with catastropic consequences for the catalytic converter .Leave well alone and if you want a faster car buy a jaguar or a amg merc which will have the brakes and rolling gear to handle the speed ,prefferably the jaguar

Car won't start after running out of fuel, pump and filter are fine, new battery, codes for O2 sensor camshaft and crankshaft position sensor

I can read this problem like a book. Your car was running out of gas so your engine was bucking back and forth between stalling and reving. I suggest your timing belt had a pretty fair share of miles and was probably a little loose and worn. While your engine was bucking back and forth, your timing belt either broke or jumped time during the bucking process. This will give you both codes for cam and crank, as they are not in sync anymore. Probably the last code stored was lean/rich, due to the car being totally out of time now, setting the O2 code. Inspect the timing belt and check engine timing, 95% sure its now very much out of time.

I have a Mitsubishi lancer glx 2004 and my engine

Sounds like you have an electrical loose connection. I would target the fuel pump relay. It is probably shutting off and coincidentally, reconnects when you stop and start again. Could also be the ECM, Mitsubishi has problems with these I have seen. Google your car make, year, and symptom. Read the blogs.

My sunroof is stuck open and cannot be pulled

have you checked the fuse. if the cigaret lighter is working.. ? if not check if not check the fuse. if blown and still not work check this pull out the yellow fuse holder in the under hood fuse box (it holds two fuses and takes some effort to pull out), and verify those two fuses are ok. if you have trouble removing the fuse try this, at the bottom of the yellow box is a tiny little leg that keeps it from pulling out all the way. Just grab it firmly and pull up, give it a rocking motion back and forth and it will bend and pull past that leg. try them if you still have a problem come back and will see what else it could be.

No power on w, o, throttle with p0300 and p0420

That's easyYou somehow have been driving around for yearspossibly, with all sorts of issues, mostly cylinder ignition misfires & have ruined the bank #1 exhaust converter thatshould last 12 years or more.Iam going to say you need all new spark plugs, all new ignition coils, if they are COP Coils, new converters & all new oxygen sensorsIt all could have been prevented unless you just bought someones neglected vehicleVery common to see all sorts of issues simply becauseof a total lack of vehicle knowledge & no one to educateyou, not a dealer or a repair shop, they just work on the breakdown, sad really. The technology of the past 30 plus years was to cut down onexhaust emission & it has just cause people to buy vehiclesthey can't afford, lease them & waste money & never open a hood, never realize they now need a LOT of checking out a few times a year.Even 20 years ago you never saw the neglect, abuse & problems you see now
