Sounds like the clutch needs bled.

First check about your spark plugs,whether are good enough or not ( depends what kind of spark plugs you use). The other thing to check is the automatic choke on the throttle body if is working or not.Clean the throttle body from any dirt.

I suggest you check the fuel pressures and delivery volume before you replace any more unnecessary parts... Don't spend money until you know what is wrong and that shouldn't be guessed but discovered by careful and systematic checking. In addition check the plugs and spark power and quality

That's the bypass hose connector. It should be bolted to the motor. If so u can obtain the connector & gasket (if it has one) from the dealer. Before u remove it, remove the rad cap to release any pressure from the system & u will lose less coolant. Don't forget to refill the coolant upon repair. Good luck

Do you hear water splashing around when you come to a quick stop or sharp turn. If so small weep holes under the car below the door threshold are clogged up. This happened to my 91 Miata. Use a thin nail or coat-hanger wire to clean it out and the water will empty out. There are two holes on each side of the car near the front and back of the door area. Sometimes behind the side windows where the top meets the car there is a small flap of roof material that gets pushed back to the wrong side of a piece of plastic where there is a drain. I am not sure if this applies to a 99 but I had that happen on my 2006 before.

If this is a standard transmission, I would bet money that what you are experiencing is clutch chatter. The clutch may still seem to be working ok, but it will definitely get worse. if you have an automatic transmission, please clarify. Look really good,for another window guide that is missing,or you may need to adjust the guide track,or the window channel,that the window sets in,If the window is moving around in the window channel,then the adhevsive has let go of the window.
